New to Therapy?

I’m so glad you stopped by! Sometimes, rolling with life’s challenges are more than we can handle alone. That’s why taking this first step is so important. If you are new to the  therapy process, this is the place to gain information and potentially connect with me. If you have experienced therapy before, I look forward to meeting you and learning what brings you here.

We all need a little help navigating life from time to time. So take a look at the the site and drop me a message.

Therapy is for Everyone

A Woman’s Path

That strong, joyful, dedicated face you show the world doesn’t portray how you feel inside…Those dark, scary, sad feelings are strong for many women.

One in five women experience a Common Mental Disorder, such as anxiety or depression

Women living poverty are more likely to face poor mental health

Women of color face additional inequalities and challenges to their mental health and are at particular risk of experiencing Common Mental Disorders:

“Therapy is like a Physical Trainer for your heart and soul.”

For the Highly Sensitive

As a child you heard that you were too sensitive, shy, or moody. You were told to calm down and stop taking things so seriously. You often felt you just didn’t belong anywhere, especially in your own family. High Sensitivity or Sensory Processing Sensitivity is a genetic trait and research indicates that 20%-30% of the global population is a highly sensitive person.

Therapy Services

Therapy can be a very powerful and personal journey of growth, exploration and healing. Especially now when we are facing some of the most challenging and uncertain times, we can all benefit from a little guidance and acceptance in life.

Therapy doesn’t tell you what to do or how to live; it helps you find your own answers to better navigate life.

As a clinical therapist, my role is to listen, challenge, support, encourage and celebrate your successes!

Life is too short to continue suffering.
